BOOKINGS/ RESERVATION
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service. If you wish to purchase any product or service
made available through the service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation.
Exumatrips has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content you provide once enrolling or booking for our services.
All availability, cost and payment are made solely through our personnel and website booking platform. The availability can be withdrawn without notice.
Tours are only confirmed when full payment is made during the booking process, and your confirmation
email with an itinerary is sent to your email provided by you.
TOUR CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
SNORKEL & SWIMMING PIG TOUR
This tour activity requires a minimum amount of bookings to run this tour. In the event
that this tour does not meet the required amount, an email will be sent to you informing
you of this tours cancelllation. You will then be issue a full refund of 100% of the purchased
cost in the order it was received. Where there is an (act of nature due to inclement weather or mechanical failue)
you will also receive a full refund of 100%.
WHEN YOU CANCEL
Within 72 plus hours or in advance - 100% refund
Within 25 - 71 hours in advance - 50% refund
Within 24 hours or Less - NO refund
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to the dock is not included in your tour package.
SAFETY
Exumatrips does not permit any child under the age of 2 years old or any party with neck, back, chest,
heart conditions or any other condition not suitable for riding our super sport speed boat.
All NON volunteering of information at the time of booking that is associated with health safety concerns will be at the full
responsibility of the client and Exumatrips will not be liable for any such issues arising as a direct result of misinformation of the lack thereof.
Exumatrips will not be responsible for any inconvenience to the client as a direct result of time management in cases where
your return time for departure/ flight or cruise ship conflicts with our trip or tour return times once book by the client.
RELEASE AND WAIVERS
All clients of Exumatrips are required to sign a waiver prior to the trip or tour. You are also required to adhere to all
of the safety tips issued by Exuma Trips and or its personnel.
By accepting and using Exumatrips, you are confirming that the terms and conditions have been agreed by you,
and you are satisfied with our Operational Terms, Conditions, and Protocols.
